This grant is for the extrapolation of Children’s Scrappy News Service to a new population and audience – US/Mexican children – so that these children may learn from and about one another from a place of joy, love, inspiration, and forgiveness. To that end, this grant will help support the establishment of Children’s Scrappy News Service in states along the US/Mexico border and will focus on infusing those news stories – for, by, and about kids – with tales of love.
