Philanthropy Thru the Light of Faith Concept
A project to co-create, in collaboration with Colleen Mitchell/Venture3Philanthropy, a retreat experience for engaging individual and family philanthropists more deeply in their faith traditions. The design of the retreat is intended to provide a space for philanthropists to deepen their personal spiritual exploration, experience new learnings, engage in reflective time, and create an opportunity to establish or update a personal generosity plan so that new learning may be placed into action after the retreat.
A Network for Grateful Living
Support for a writing project to articulate the Grateful living “Curriculum”, the core beliefs, the theory of change, the principles and other aspects of Brother David’s amazing work that is embodied in Grateful Living.

Engaging Religious Communities around the Democracy Initiative
The Fetzer Institute will convene a group of network leaders that work at the intersection of religion and civic life to help identify entry points and networks for engaging religions around democracy in America. Based on the outcomes of the convening, the Institute will design initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders to mobilize religious networks and institutions in support of healing American democracy. A key objective of the gathering will also be to explore how might religions play a role in advancing inner spiritual development in transforming individuals and societies.
