In the first episode of our new "Shared Sacred Story" series, we delve deep into the concepts of generational devotion and spiritual heritage with the remarkable Munpreet Kaur.

Meet Munpreet Kaur!

But that’s not all—Munpreet is also a practicing Sikh from a vibrant, multi-generational family with roots in both India and Kenya. What You'll Discover: The Problem Behind the Problem

In this episode, we explore Munpreet's experience of losing a parent as an older child, which became a pivotal moment in her life. Beyond the immediate grief, she faced a deeper challenge: how to navigate her spiritual identity and maintain a connection to her faith amidst loss and cultural expectations. Through her journey, Munpreet found solace and strength in her Sikh faith, demonstrating how embracing spiritual practices and heritage can transform grief into a profound connection with the Divine. (Have you experienced a similar sacred connection when facing difficult times?)
