My work is about logistics, sacred hospitality, and making sure every detail is perfect. You will find me greeting guests, changing travel at the last minute, moving rooms around on the fly, checking room set-ups, and feeling a bit like an air traffic controller. Then the guests arrive, and the smiles on their faces make all of the behind-the-scenes work totally worth it. My work means everything to me, and I want everyone to have the chance to experience something magical here.
I have worked 25+ years in customer service. Whether working with patients in the healthcare industry or homeowners in the roofing industry, at the end of the day, I’m here to make people happy.
I grew up in Southern California. I love to sing and dance and to be near water—it’s my happy place. I am an extrovert who loves people and life.
