Big Magic
This retreat is designed as a spring renewal for those who long to fulfill their creative potential. As artists and dreamers of every ilk, we must tend to our bodies and spirits and discover the balance between rest, renewal, play, and creative challenge so that we may tap into and channel something larger than ourselves. We must also learn to tune out the voices, both real and perceived, that tell us we can’t in order to allow our genuine, glorious voices to ring out.
Exploring Your Inner Space with SoulCollage®: Winter Weekday Retreat
SoulCollage® is a simple intuitive process of creating many small collages and then giving voice to the images to discover their identity and the wisdom they carry. It is an imaginative, contemplative way to mindfully access the Stillpoint of our True Selves. Using SoulCollage® as a spiritual practice integrates mind, body and spirit and builds community. Whether you are new to SoulCollage® or are experienced creating cards, this retreat offers time and space to creatively explore your inner being and the wisdom and blessings available there.

Just Sport: A Conversation About Sports, Justice, and Activism with Richard Lapchick
Sports are woven into the fabric of American life. The annual economic impact of sports in the U.S. is at least $15 billion. Over 111 million people view the Super Bowl every year. Seventy five percent of U.S. families with school aged children have at least one child involved in organized sports, and over 500,000 student athletes compete at the collegiate level. This is big.
Winter Yin Yoga and Meditation Retreat
It is our natural rhythm to slow down and be more reflective in the winter months of rest and rejuvenation. Join Cynthia and Kristin for a weekend of Yin Yoga and Meditation, guided with openness and acceptance, to support this contemplative season as we dive deeper into witnessing the body and mind through slow movement and stillness. During this retreat, we will hold the intention to be present in our experience of the mind/body connection as we move towards inner peace and our personal resolve for 2020. No previous yoga experience is necessary—all are welcome.
