Study of Spirituality in America Advisory Group
The advisory group for the Fetzer Institute Study of Spirituality in America convenes to review qualitative research conducted late 2018 and early 2019 as they begin to formulate a fielded survey for summer 2019. This study seeks to explore how Americans view and practice spirituality within and outside traditional religions, including how they exercise their spirituality in civic life.
Images and Voices of Hope Fellows Training
Images and Voices of Hope (ivoh) and the Fetzer Institute welcome the 2019 class of restorative narrative fellows to the Institute for training and reflection on the year ahead. The 2019 fellows will be learning about reflective practices and restorative narrative, tools they can apply to their creative work and in serving communities with stories of resilience and recovery.
Inner Work for Social Change Advisory Group
This is the first meeting of the Inner Work for Social Change Advisory Group, convened by Fetzer and Synergos. They will be working through 2020 to strengthen the knowledge base and networks that enable inner work, spiritual development, and effective leadership to converge to create positive social change. Working with others internationally, they will create a series of case studies, video resources, and other tools to support leaders and changemakers interested in learning how to pragmatically apply these approaches. Fetzer Program Director Kurian Thomas is coordinating this group.
